Project Management

Change Management

Test Management Support


During your implementation you will be asked to prepare and test at least three times (Unit, End to End, Usability).  Your implementation partner will share base test cases and our team will help you customize them and then manage the day to day process so your team can focus on the most important thing - your system! 

Communication & Training Execution


The execution of the communication and training strategy is just as critical.  We leverage the knowledge we have about your organization to design and develop communications and training content that will resonate with your teams and stakeholders.

Planning for Production Transition


A go-live is not only exciting but it is also stressful.  Our team will work to document every detail needed for a seamless cutover.  We will work with your implementation partner for a smooth hand-off to the internal team that will manage the system moving forward. 

Process Optimization


As the dust settles from your implementation, you will get feedback from various parts of the organization about updates desired and/or required.  We will also provide you with our own viewpoint about optimization that is needed based on analysis of process data.  Our team will help you develop a strategic roadmap that drills into the details to allow for prioritization and execution.
